Time for a long weekend

Well, I'm really glad that gasoline prices are going down just in time for my long weekend coming up.  I'll be out in Ohio for my class reunion this coming weekend.  Hopefully the weather will be nice on Thursday when I'll be driving out there, but I could be hitting rain at least half of the way out there. 

I may do some other things while I'm out there, it will depend on what I will be able to do with my budget that I will end up with.

I hope to go to Columbus to watch the Clippers play on Sunday before I come back home just in time to rest and go to work for three days and take off to Connecticut for a wedding the following weekend.

wow sounds like ur a busy bee,yes i too im glad about the gas prices,i am not going anywhere so to speak,just i work alot,and my children live about thirty minutes from me, it may not seem far,but when gas was four buck a gallon,it's alot

Well, my trip to Ohio was interesting as the gas prices were good in the Ashland area and where I live in New Hampshire...but in between was still high. The two busy weekends are behind me now and its back to the grind of work for most of the remaining part of the year.

Of course, other than baseball games to finish the season on either August 24th or 25th in Nashua, August 31st at Portland, ME, and Sept. 1st in Pawtucket.

yea i gotta go to miramar and then after that to hallandale then hopefully i have enough time to catch a nap on thursday and whew!!!! then i gotta go grocery shopping right after i drive up to jacksonville and then check my email. AND YOU THOUGHT YOU WERE BUSY

Yes, I do have a family that I take care of. My wife and my step-son that occasionally we do stuff together. My step-son is almost 17 and is a junior in high school and has been on the honor roll most of the time since he has been in high school. A couple of years ago, when we were out in Ohio for my mom's 70th birthday, Mike my step-son, his friend Brian, and I went to my high school and watched a football game.

well that is great,ur very busy but also do stuff with ur family,i think that is great, and that we went to ur high school to watch a football game? may i ask which high school? and where in ohio? im from ohio just curious is all,if i am being too nosey im sorry

I graduated from Ashland High School 30 years ago. I was back for my reunion last month.

I was born and raised in Ohio and graduated from Ashland High School. I'm a big Cleveland sports fan as well as the Columbus Blue Jackets. I keep up with the Indians and the Cavs on WTAM. I also love reading online newspapers as that is the main way I keep up with what is going on in Ohio. I am a conservative that relies on websites like the Ashbrook Center and talk radio to get most of my news of the day. I live in Derry, NH; and work at a postal facility in Nashua, NH. I go to Manchester, Providence, Pawtucket, and Portland, Maine; to watch minor league baseball and hockey to relax and to see the future major league baseball or hockey players.
