It's not just Kinsman, dear, it's all over! I get the same crap on just about every road I travel. People tend to do well below the speed limit for whatever reason. If you're afraid to drive, get off the street!

Damn cleve, I don't think it was all that serious for you to be rude.

Marshall, it is everywhere and it is extreamily annoying. But think about this, maybe people are starting to realize that these bad *** kids are all over the place and they are being cautious not to hit them???? always a possibility. St. Clair is just as bad hon.

Hey, when people are rude enough to be texting on their phones when driving, not even driving up to the posted speed limit (i.e., driving 20 in a 25 or 25 in a 30), then I have every right to display my rudeness about them. Nothing irks me more than to be trying to get into work and someone is so "out of it" they can't even pay attention to the posted speed limits, thus holding up traffic because they either are that dumb to know to drive it, or just too afraid to bring their speed up to the limit.

And, for those of you who just LOVE to text while driving, let me tell you something, it's wrong! It's way more wrong than talking on the phone when driving. In fact, it's playing with a problem because you are way more distracted with texting than anything. I think these people should be caught, ticketed, and have their licenses suspended until they learn the real responsibility of driving.

NO TEXTING!

cleve, I was saying you were being rude cause obviously this girl was having the same problem as everyone else and you jumped on her, that wasn't necessary. She was voiceing her opinion and is disturbed by the problem as well. You are getting yourself all worked up over somethin you really can't do anything about. I understand you position but you really can't do anything, you see that the no talk law really didn't last long so do you really think a no text law will?

Whatever happened to police pulling people over for diving to slow? They used to do that.

I have noticed a trend on the east side. People are driving 20 MPH and no faster even when the roads are marked 35 MPH or 40 MPH.

My dad, who lived through WWII and the depression, reminded me that in those days, it was common for those who owned cars to drive 15 to 20 MPH because it saved gas (that was being rationed for the war effort).

So maybe these people are trying to save gas. But they should do so while the REST of us are not on the same roads. (IMHO)

LOL...this is just funny. I wish I could complain about people driving to slow down my street. My street is very short and is between 2 other streets. There's maybe 30 houses on one side of the street and 20 on the other because theres a school, but still people fly up and down the street even the cops do and meanwhile theres these little one's, who's parents are god only knows where, running up and down the MIDDLE of the street. No kidding these kids are as young as 4 outside by themselves or with their 6 and 7 year old siblings. Half the time no shoes or shirts on, but anyway, there is a blind corner and when people come around they can't see and these kids are gonna get hurt one day! concidering there is a school there the speed limit is 20 and people go 40-45.

if you people are so worried about who is going to slow or to fast, why dont you become police officers ?

Colt, so every person on the road needs to become a police officer? or every parent who watches people fly up and down a street that kids play in, they need to become officers to? NO what needs to happen is the police need to do their jobs!

the Kinsman Center For Doltish Retards was closed in October of 1987 by a Reagan decree and the patients were put out on the streets....they have since found jobs in the building trades and find that returning to the now vacant lot that they once called home is soothing....a little empathy here please
