Are you really that afraid? or is that just an excuse for you not to do anything. How do kidnappers keep childern from telling other people that they are kidnapped, BECASUE THEY TELL THEM IF THEY SAY ANYTHING THEY'LL KILL THEM!!!!! hint, wink, hint. You are allowed to discpline your child with a good spank, parents are lazy and don't want to raise thier own, just look at the day cares, the rec depts. after school programs, the local baby sitters, I know some care sitters who now work on saturday nights babysitting,charge more for that, but parents want to go out becasue they worked so hard and deserve it, when my kids were young if we couldn't take them we stayed home till they got in older, and we both worked we gave them work to do around the house and they had better do it and right, Pareents are lazy and don't want to be bothered raising what they brought into the world!!!

Busdriverman I'm with you!! I say you don't have bad kids you have bad parenting!! I have asked my MO& DAD how in the heck I'm still living.If I or any of the six kids in our family. Did something wroung we new about it. Did I need it oh ya.I have 2 daughters raised the same way and to this day the are still living have great jobs and raising there kids the same way. So yes thats what the good lord put butts on all of us.there not just for sitting and being lazy.So yes you are responsible for your child.Most kids follow there parents living still.So yes Raise your kids right no proublem.Don't go down with your kid. They and you will learn

How is capital punishment, Life in jail! or death by guilt, have anything to do with spanking your child? This new law is way overdue. Now people will think twice before having babies! Having babies is a huge resposibility. Not like having a pet. Be responsable or don't have children! If my dog ATTACKS you, I expect to be sued, If my child attacks you I also excpect to be sued! The fact that pearents are so afraid of this new law, Shows how many unfit parents there realy are!

Many years ago when I was a child, my parents would beat My BLEEP if I ever thought of doing what these Kids today are getting away with! Time out what the hell is that? Today’s society created their own problems and then, we blame our kids. Good kids are a product of good parenting. How many of the parents reading this was brought up with a time out for acting a fool? If a young child was trying to stick their tongue into a electrical outlet, Are you going to give them a time out? Or are you going to slap the sauce out their mouth? I bet you if you slap the mess out them, they won’t be trying that no more!!!!!!

Also, we had Dress uniforms in school. Nothing fancy, just a Dress shirt and pants. We looked respectful. In addition, back in the day, Kids did much better in school. Or they faced the Principle with that big old paddle he kept on the wall behind his desk! Principles and Teachers had discipline back then too. Now a day, Principles and Teachers are having relationships with these kids instead! We need to go back to the old days when all the Teachers was OLD and UGLY. That would fix all that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is another way for the powers around us to cause everyone to have a police record! They need a data base of every DNA in this Country. That way they have control of everyone, except the Illegal Occupiers. I thought that we had a Constitution, you know, equal justice for all! That means we will be the ones prosecuted. Not Politicians, cops and Judges and Sports Heroes. They are exempt!!
