Officer Owens VS. Officer Cutts

First of all my hearts and prayers go out to the Owens family and friends and fellow officers. I dont understand that they are talking about if this 19 yr old is found guilty that they will ask for the death sentence and I aggree, he should get it  but want I dont understand that Cutts was an Officer that took 2 lifes and he gets life in prison. Here you have an officer that was out doing his job and ends up getting shot to death, then here you have another cop that is off duty and he takes 2 lifes, now what is wrong with this picture? I think both  people should get the death pently.

I agree with you completely. The only reason Cutts got away with it is because the cops did not collect enough evidence so his testimony that it was an accident convinced the jury that it was an accident. I am sorry you do not believe that he went to her house at 2AM drunk to pick up his son and he was not arguing with her and that she was hitting him. I am sorry his testimony was so false but he will answer to God one day for what he did.

h_tazz99- I also agree with you that one day he will have to answeer to God, if he lives that long in prison, I heard sometimes they kill people like him, but I dont know just going on what I have been told by other people.
