First of all my hearts and prayers go out to all involved with the shooting of the parents but what is this world coming to that we live in and I have always said that the laws are for the crimnals and today proved it again when the judge is allowing for that person to go to the funeral but only private, in my opion he should have to remember and live with the way they both looked after what he has done, I am sure there is more to the story than being told but I have watched that tape over and over again and I did notice that the judge if you want to call him that , he was twisitng and playing with something in his hands but I also noticed that he could NOT really look up but a few times to the people in the court room. Look what happened to the one girl when once again a judge let the boy out and then she  ended up getting shot, so I have to wonder what is this judge thinking about , its like the courts and the judge cares more about the boys rights than the father n (husband) who because of his son can not be there, now what is wrong with this picture. How sad this is all the way around. God be with everyone!!!!

I agree! It's disgusting that this animal that shot his mother in the face gets to go to her funeral for 30 minutes(I heard). Instead I think he should get a non-stop 30 mminute beating. To me it sounds like they are trying to set up "remorse" for a defense in court. That BLEEP hole deserves life in prison or death.

Amen, polarbear! I couldn't believe it when I heard it. No remorse in that animal whatsoever. Anymore they are catering to the criminal!! Hope he rots you know where!

Yes I would have to agree. To me the criminals in most instances have more rights than the victims. He definately should not have been aloud out at all. If by chance he did have remorse. Not going to the funeral should have been part of the punishment. How bizarre is that?

Do consider this, in the unlikely case he is innocent what would it be like if he didn't get to go to see his mother one last time simply because he was accused of shooting them. keep in mind he is still young, though he is old enough to reason and take responsibility he has the rest of his life (most likely) to regret his actions.

That is VERY unlikely. But it is still wrong that even her husband does not get to see her one last time becasue he is in the hospital and the reason why he is there and she is dead does get to see her. Just another way our criminal justice system panders to the criminals and hurts the victims.

Polarbear_88..I AGREE with you and I will always say that the law is for the crinmals and not for the vicitims. I belive that is aniaml should be in lock up by himself for life seeing pictures of what he had done because we all know that the police have to take pictures of everything, yes as tax paying people we would have to pay for him if he gets life but llike I said lock him up in a cell looking at those pictures for the rest of his life. God be with us ALL because we need it in todays world.
