MY NEW YEARS RESOLUTION IS TO

DROP "50" LBS........ AT LEAST

PLEASE HELP  ME.....

foxeighter, my grandma always said everything in moderation, I've found that this works well.
Have you tried weight watchers? I have a few friends who swear by there program.

Thats too high to set your goals at. Try setting your goal at 10 pounds and then when you lose that try 20 pounds before you know it you will have lost more then the 50 you started out to lose. Walking and water are the two biggest keys to weight loss.

Thanks bloggers,
i will try to be healthier.. eat more frut, veggies and of course work out more... Weight Watchers is an option as well... I will have to let you know how i am doing in the next 30 days....

DIETS DON'T WORK! You must change your lifestyle - eat less, eat healthier, exercise. There is no magic pill. It takes time and committment. EAT LESS - EXERCISE MORE! This is the only thing that works.

I believe in a well balanced meal and exercise. Breakfast and lunch should be taken in moderation, and one helping of dinner on a regular basis would be enough. You would need to exercise at least 3 times a week.
