time warner is absoluteley the worst cable company. I have had several run-ins with this company. First i made an apt. to get digital cable and internet,the guy shows up informs me that i couldn't get the internet because my computer was not next to a cable outlet? huh? then i said ok forget the internet just do the cable, he hooks things up then tells me give it a few minutes and i was all set to go, oh and i had to pay cod when he got there ok,after he leaves i realize this is not right i waited several minutes and it did,n't work so i called tech help which kept me on hold for and i'm not exxagerating 1 hour!!! then the man tells me that he can't figure out why it's not working but they would send another tech out the next day between 6 and 8, so i wait and wait nothing then someone called and left a voicemail saying they ran out of internet hook-ups HUH? thats not even why they were coming out! then i call back and argue more with them and keep in mind everytime i call i'm on hold for atleast 45 min.they apologize and say they'll send someone out between 8am to 10am....nothing, then they call and say the tech said noone was home thats BS!! I Was home ALL morning so she said we'll send them back out so i wait another 2 hours NOTHING. I didn't even call back i said forget it,story over i don't think so 1 month later i get a bill for digital cable and internet!!! what the hell is wrong with time warner? i had to talk to about 5 people before they realize i didn't get any services from them

After having many bad experiences with Time Warner. I just switched to Dish Network. Since switching, I know the pleasure of dealing with a company that appreciates me as a customer. Any time I call them which is rare, I get a person withing 5 min. The one time I had someone come out, they where there within the 4 hour window. I really enjoy my dish service and would never ever go back to Time Warner. Time Warner even had the nerve to accuse me of stealing cable,"LOL". However to there dismay I was able to prove that I have been a Dish customer for the last 3 years, and that I would never subscribe with them. I haven't heard from them since.
