My answer would be yes, because we're too damn old to keep holding a grudge for 2 reasons:

First, the NEW Browns can't compete with history, they can only look forward to making new history with these new coaches and players.

Second, Art Modell has done a lot for the game of football, the NFL, and Cleveland (despite what most people would believe) and he will most definitely be a part of the Pro Football Hall of Fame someday.

Remember, it's only for politics and $$$$$$ that these stadium deals are even made in the first place, and one could easily blame the City of Cleveland for not making the deal to build the stadium when it was first proposed.

Modell had a choice. Loyalty to Cleveland and Browns fans, or loyalty to $$$$$$$$. He chose $$$$$$$$.

I have a different reason why I don't like Art Modell...but I won't go into that. I feel that if Art Modell really wanted to keep the original Browns in Cleveland he could of built the stadium from his own money. However, he wanted the taxpayers to pay for it since that was the rage during that period.
