I just came across a great website I wanted to share with you.  It's called Vitals.com and it lists credentials of more than 720,000 doctors.

If you are looking for a new doctor, this might be a helpful tool... but what I like most about it is that you can see how your doctor rates.  The site pulls up their medical school and its ranking, years of experience, number of procedures performed, board certification, awards... even what type of insurance they accept.

We sometimes see stories where people had wished they had checked out their doctor first... now you can.  You can even see if the doc has had any medical malpractice lawsuits against them.

This is a great tool for people you know who are relocating to our area... or if you are moving out of town.  You just need the name of the doctor and in what city/state they practice.

Check it out.....  I just checked out my doctors..... they all had good ratings... I can sleep now tonight!
