Pure Prairie League is an American country rock group whose roots began between 1964 and 1969 in Waverly, Ohio with Craig Fuller, Tom McGrail, Jim Caughlan and John David Call. The band's name was chosen by McGrail after a 19th century temperance union mentioned in the 1939 film, Dodge City. The band has had a long run, active from the early 1970s through to the early 1980s, and reborn in the mid 2000s.

Country rock has made a brisk resurgence in the 21st century, handily sweeping aside hip-hop and heavy metal,  fueled by a reborn fascination with southern culture and stoked by interest in NASCAR. Where it stops, nobody knows.

You need to get out and barbecue...dissing people isn't cool...it's a sign of mental illness...but a good barbecue can cure that...especially on a Thursday the 12th...you'll immunize yourself from Friday the 13th...when the moonbats strike out to bite you with their rabies! Ricky, you can be a rebel, and break away from your fellow moonbats to enjoy life...set out on the Prairie...get your grill out, and enjoy a hamburger with a beer or soda. Join the real "Pure Prairie League" Ricky, and take a chance guy! The barbecue will do you some good! MMM! Barbecue, MMM! And a good Carbon Belch will set you free! Ricky,

You call yourself a Christian, and then you trash others? Are you part of the Jerry and Barry blabbermouth gang? You need to get into a real church guy! And Southpark is bad for a sane man's brain...it's prone to getting infected with dementius moonbattery once Southpark disease weakens the brain! Don't worry Ricky...you can still barbecue vegetables, and get cured of dementius moonbattery!
