Experience to be president

I hear time to time that people want experience and Obama doesn't have it. Yet who did?

Clinton had an experience running a state. GWH Bush his experience was fighting in WW2. Reagan had no experince in politics. people elected him from actor to president. Reagan is consider to some a great president.

McCain a war vet and Obama a US congressman. McCain with a corrupted past of the Keating 5 and Obama with a paster having his behind towards the future.

the right wants to focus on the experence of a person yet there consider great president Reagan  had no experience in politics. So whats the difference?

I wonder how many Presidents said, I bit off more then I can chew, after being in office for a week.

The only ones that have experience are the ones that run for a second term.

“Reagan is consider to some a great president.”

Primarily those American’s who love their country see Reagan that way, yes.

The fans of Socialism and Communism have a harsher view of Reagan because he demonstrated the many flaws in those forms of government, and showed how a freedom loving nation like America is so much more superior.

People risk their lives coming to America. People risked their lives trying to flee the former USSR.

and then before he was a governer he was a actor in hollywood. he was president in a hollywood studio. he was a governer of 1 state then elected to president.

Reagan made america an Ally with Iraq giving him WMD's to beat Iran. and he helped get bin laden and his men train to beat the USSR which after that war Al-Qaeda was born.

Reagan had little to no experience in running this country.

Let’s review: Mars wrote “Reagan had no experince in politics.”

In America, being a Governor of a state (especially one the size of California) is considered experience in politics. Add to that Reagan was governor for two terms.

Well, Ronald Reagan was the President of the Screen Actors Guild and Governor of California.
Also, George HW Bush was in Washington DC for many years before he was Vice President. However, who cares if Senator Obama doesn't have experience...the main media will do their best to get Barack Obama elected anyhow.

the entire alure of obama is that he is fresh....and thats why the old guard fears him...what america needs is something new...not the same old same old.....and it doesnt come any older than mccain

The media pretty much run the country now anyway, they are pushing hard for Obama to be their puppet and mouthpiece! For those of you who would doubt my claim, consider that more Americans are interested in American Idol then they are of the future of this great, God blessed land!!

Let's see who owns American Idol? Right Wing mouthpiece FOX. Right wing wh ore Rupert Murdoch!! Who has the most tabloid style news on cable? Rupert Murdoch's Right Wing cheerleaders at FOX News. Who has the most tabloid newscast in Cleveland? FOX O&O FOX8!!

They WANT us to be distracted by this garbage. They want us more concerned about "what Britney and Lindsey are doing" and "who is winning idol". All these distractions so we don't see what is really going on.

Truth,
Obama has so far 11 years in politics. Reagan has 8. Reagain before govner people only knew him as an movie actor.

the most inexperences of president was Arthur. he was a VP a half of a year and a general for a year. that was prior of him being president. Yet the people elected him as president of the united states.

Reagan did business with the contras in violation of a congressional mandate and got away with it. Right wing leaders lust for dictatorial powers.
"Mr.Blue Collar Worker, tear down this union !".....Well, you see the results of that in our` country`s sorry state of industry today.
