Its interesting from fans sounding off about the tribe in the slump yet the indians are in 3rd place and not last. compare to the red team they are last. Why are we not hearing there complaints about there team?

I have been an Indians fan since 1972, and even though they are not in last place, they need more consistancy in their play. Also, I'm sure they are complaining in Cincinnati about the Reds.

With such a weak division, they'll do fine.

yeah i hear ya! is it just me or does it seem like the indians have been screwed alot this year by umpires? how about that by ben sanfransico last week? that was a home run!!! that was a bad call do doubt.

they've made alot of bad calls all over the place in the league. ESPN had a discussion on the replay system and came up with the idea of a 5th umpire in there own office watch the baseball game video and watch the replay's and notify the umpires on the field if it was a HR or not.
then we have the calls on balls and strikes where lee got pissed off on the umpires call of calling it a ball and not a strike when it was over the plate!

The umpiring isn't bad just in the majors...its everywhere. I watched an Can-Am game two weeks ago, and there was a check swing and the Brockton player got half way down the line before the first base umpire called him out.
Also, if it takes time to get back in the mood, then why is Boston playing a lot better than the Indians? A lot of MLB teams are playing around .500 baseball or below, then why is Tampa Bay only a game and a half behind Boston?

that idea about favortism realy can bum a person out ya know?! love of the sport and may the best team win not bets and such. the teams depend on the umpires to do thier jobs and to do them right!

Mars your are always blaming other people or things against the Cleveland teams instead of putting the blame where it belongs. All Cleveland teams suck and always will. 44 years and counting for a Championship.

Glanzone i have hope for the team. Look at the Cubs they been waiting for 100 years they are that patient.

Mow as for blame...last time people demanded change in the browns, cavs or the indians...what happened? following year they sucked because the team was new along with the manager and the coaches. and this happens everytime.
When edwards had an issue being in Cleveland many fans were supporting the idea kicking him out of cleveland...yesterday he broke cleveland's record. aren't we that happy that we kept him?

since when blaming anyone solves anything? how do we know for sure if to fire people would help the team improve or go into the grave for next year? How do we know for sure trading people and get new players that they won't fall into a slump or get injuried that would take a month or more to get back in action. The thing is we don't know. Just about everytime we get a coach fired or a manager fired it just doesn't help the team and once again we shall say Wait until Next Year.

Blaming anyone solves nothing. if they know that why don't you get it?

No one is perfect in life to have something to become near perfect it takes time. Impatients and taking the easy way out takes the time much longer to be near perfect.
