there was an act in 1978 in spying on countries around us. today we are being spy'd by our own government.
"
Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act "aka FISA started in 1978. it hasn't ended.
thing is this was added onto to begin PAA.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreign_Intelligence_Surv
eillance_Act#Without_a_court_order
"Under the Protect America Act (PAA) of 2007, communications that begin or end in a foreign country may be wiretapped by the US government without supervision by the FISA Court. The Act removes from the definition of "electronic surveillance" in FISA any surveillance directed at a person reasonably believed to be located outside the United States. As such, surveillance of these communications no longer requires a government application to, and order issuing from, the FISA Court."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreign_Intelligence_Surv
eillance_Act#Protect_America_Act_of_2007
probably thinking..."it ain't so bad" but read more into PAA...
"Domestic wiretapping
The bill allowed the
monitoring of all electronic communications of people in the United States without a court's order or oversight, so long as it is not targeted at one particular person "reasonably believed to be" inside the country.

so basically we are spying in other countries and ourselves. like i said we got 9 bill of rights as the 4th was erased.

I hear time to time that people want experience and Obama doesn't have it. Yet who did?
Clinton had an experience running a state. GWH Bush his experience was fighting in WW2. Reagan had no experince in politics. people elected him from actor to president. Reagan is consider to some a great president.
McCain a war vet and Obama a US congressman. McCain with a corrupted past of the Keating 5 and Obama with a paster having his behind towards the future.
the right wants to focus on the experence of a person yet there consider great president Reagan had no experience in politics. So whats the difference?

Many health insurance company's have certain rules to reject a person. I have had these problems with these rules. mainly the rule is the pre-existing condition.
I have health insurance I like to help others out of this.
Dental plan: Can save up to 80% savings on all dental check ups. Teeth whitening included. Around 60% savings on eyes glasses, contacts and eye exams.
Health plan: Savings on doctor and hospital visits. pre-existing condition are covered. $2,000 accident coverage as it even includes those ER visits. This coverage also includes dental and vision benefits.
of both plans you would get a free Motorola cell phone and 250 free minutes each month.
Like what you read call this number at 1-800-929-8344; if they ask for a referral number it is 271198.
It is hard to find good coverage these days.

Since TruthGuy feels to post a blog and threatening to delete anything to counter his whining and complainning this is my answers towards him:
ms clinton scares the hell out of me. not electing obama would prove the paster being right. mccain wants to bankrupt america.
as for Iraq...in history we the US under Reagan were allies with Iraq during the Iran-Iraq war. WE gave Iraqie's weapons and shuch to win the war.
the intel that was given was out of saddam's mouth of his bluff. it was a bluff to prevent us or Iran to attack him.
1. it was a distraction for the lost track of war on terror in shutting down Al-Qaeda.
2. johnson's roles is now switched with bush...
3. agreed.
4. the middle man is raising the prices.
5. SS was created by liberals. SS is broken because we are lying past the ages of 65 now. and you do remember last time money became private in ohio during the coin gate?
6. torturing is a terrortist game we want to show we are different than the terrorists.
7. who cares?
8. the gay marriage ban and wanting an amendant to define marriage...did you sleep through that year?
9. your not bush you wouldn't know.
10. many failed and lessons learned.
11. well look at bush and his connections to the bin laden's. oh thats right you don't want to look...
12. unlike truth i ain't going censore those who disagree. the left needs the right and the right needs the left so that this country is balanced.
currently we have spent more on Iraq than vietnam. Mission is complete in Iraq as we should go home.

1st week in the season patriots spy'd on the jets. last season the patriots spied on GB Packers. The team has no respect for the rules and cheated many times. People get pissed off at Lebron being himself...Wheres that same outrage of the cheating team in the superbowl? Why isn't everyone upset or outraged how the Patriots did to themselves. Its the Super Bowl a game the should not be in. A half a million dollar fine that is a slap on the wrist along with losing a draft pick! Where is that outrage of where the coach of the Patriots gets the NFL coach of the year award for the only coach cheating in this season. Its awarding a cheater!
Gaints should just take the trophy without the game as the Patriots don't deserve it.

Its all business. Why should we be pissed of at a kid making money hm? if you were given 10 millions of dollars to root for the steelers would you do it? how 20 million to root for the yankees? He is doing what everyone is doing making money and trying to get this team back in the playoffs. The team can't do anything without him.

Flash wish that Romeo should be fired along other coaches for not pulling off a 4 game winning streak. That the browns did not roll over and play dead against the steelers like the 1st game. They put up a fight and make a few touch downs and a field goal.
Should they still be fired for putting a fight? This is what we wanted right? a team to put up a fight against the steelers? or do we want a team to roll over and play dead?
Really Flash maybe you need to be fired as a browns fans because clearly your not thinking that we won 3 game winning streak under Romeo in 2nd place in the standings and still playing above .500 ball.
We fans should be happy for them getting this far and close to winning the game.

When we elect someone into the position they are our voice on many issues today. We decide if they fit with the current issues. There names do not make that judgement of what they believe in. We already live in a country that is in hell so having a name that has to do with a country's former leader should not matter unless there issues are the issue to not elect anyone one for this country. that should matter not there name

Is this is what a playoff game is to be played? umpires deciding if the ball that crossed over the plate a strike or a ball in the strike zone. Making the strike zone shrink when Red Sox is up to bed and expand it when Indians up the bat. Game 6 is not a game. it is a JOKE! the game should be under protest if the ump's are going in favor of the red sox.

The thing is kids feel that words means nothing so they try to fight away the problem now that doesn't work so its bring a gun to school to scare and make a point of solving a problem. You all say that you have idea's of it but the thing is does work on your kids? do you trust them? do you take there word for it? or do you ignore them call them a liar of the problems there having. If you can't trust the kids what makes you think the kids going tell you anything?
These shooting are happening more often to stop is to teach the children about respect and violence is never an answer to solve any problem. that issue is up to you all.
When i was in school i dealt with 9 years of bullying idea's of slamming the child's skull into a locker. All because i wasn't like him.
If you want to end the school shooting then step up on your end because kids will still bring in weapons to solve there issues.

Since 2001 and every year after 2001 till this year the Nay-sayers demanded on many things. They demanded Wedge to be fired from 2002-2006 heck they made a site on firing Wedge. Demand to fire the GM. Go on Sound Off and say how much the Tribe Sucks. Go on the radio and chat on the radio talk show hosts how much the tribe is bad and they suck and need a manager that can get the team all the way. Mad at the GM for trading Colon. How about this year whats left of the Nay-sayers spent all last week focusing on what Lebron wore on his head. and not once cared about the game. Not once cared for crushing the Yankees.
So now Nay-sayers are you going to continue to find something bad about the team or accept the facts for the past 6 years you didn't know anything of baseball and admit you were wrong about Wedge, the Tribe, the GM and every player on that team that took many years to learn there mistakes.
the tribe is at 2-1 this series if wedge sucks we would not be playing PERIOD.

Last week it was Brady Quinn Who? to they should put in Brady in and Anderson sucks. Some people say the players are "inconsistent" yet the fans are inconsistent as well.
Should a true browns fan close the doors of the bandwagon to stop people being inconsistent?
You either support the team or not. I support them.

They made Frye as an example out of the steelers game a warning for all team members when facing the bengals last week. I hope the message is still thick in there skulls against the Raiders.
