    I am all for justice. I believe that this cop did something wrong and the law worked out in his favor.  As usual someone has been killed and no one seems to know what truly happened.   Autopsy shows that inmate signs of death were do to asphyxiation. Signs of the inmate death are same signs of a person that has been in a house fire. Smoke inhalation cause death in fires. I believe the other deputies saw what happened and they are telling the truth. Others deputies who were there;they want to lie and stretch the truth. 

       Forensic don't lie. It is a shame that the word of fellow officers didn't seems to matter for this case. Good cops take a stand and the bad cops still walk away... Something has to change.

      I stand by the judges decision to sentence the young man charged with the beating of the  attorney. I feel that this man knew what he was doing. He participated with five other guys,in beating this man until he was almost near death. Twenty-Five years is a lot of time to spend in prison some would say, and some have been saying. I believe that the judge has a right to give his opinion on the case. I believe the raising of these young women and men should fall back on the fathers and mothers. If you raise your child to do right and be the best that he or she can be, you are helping our society for generations to come.

      Doing his ruling the judge stated that people should not have children if they can't provide for them and give them what they need. Having a family that can support a child is the best thing for the child not just financially. Supporting them can come in many forms. Give them goals to set for themselves. Let them know with hard work and determination you can become anything in this world. A lawyer, Doctor, Teacher, Nurse. Knowledge is power!!!

    Education can offer you so much more than any drug dealer can offer you on the street.  

    I was deeply sadden to hear about the passing of Former White House Speaker Tony Snow. I will always remember that beautiful smile that he displayed during his days of interviewing people. On his last interview of him talking about his cancer; he showed very little signs of slowing down. He said that he was going to continue to live his life and do the things that he loves to do. Spend time with his family,friends.

    It hurts me when I see good people lives get cut short. There was so much more that he could have done here on earth. R.I.P God has a wonderful angel now.

        I was out and about my July 4th weekend,  I was driving and out of corner of my eye I spot this women applying a whole application of make-up as she was driving. We both came to a traffic  light and she continues to look in her mirror and apply more make-up. I say to myself she could have done her make-up at home. She's putting her life at risk and the others around her. Looking cute and pretty is cool but there is a time an a place for that.

      Cops can't be everywhere to watch these people that do such dumb thngs. We as people should know better. Remember while driving keep your eyes on the road!!!!!

     I watched coverage a couple of days ago on a communnity that is upset. They have good reason to be. I nice community will  be turned into a higher crime area if they allowed this beer and wine store to come in to there neighborhood. I am all for making more money for a community, but is the wrong way to go about this. There is a school that would be right across the street from this place.

     A public park where people walk their dogs, I would hate to see such a nice park turn into a place to hang out and drink on a Saturday night. With a junior highschool so close;what kind of message are we sending our todays youth.

   Then to top it all off next door to the place where they want to move this wine and beer place is an apartment building housed with recovering alcoholics. Just what they need more reasons to fall off the wagon. I am disappointed if this place would be given the ok to move there. This community needs to be saved from such thing from happening. 

      I was watching the news on Wednesday night. I saw a story of a dog that was shot and killed by a police officer. I have a problem with this story. The dog was in the the his own yard. The family was having some sort of party or get together in the back yard. Police were called to the house for a disturbence call. Police officer stated that the dog was barking and growling. " Of course you are on his property."

    To an animal you are a threat to his family. You are not familiar to this dog. He is going to let you know that you are unwanted. I believe that this cop should have some charges. I believe this could have been handled differently. The cop could have used pepper spray that would have hindered the dogs sIght.

      That dog didn't have to die. The dog was on his/her  owners property. Laws need to be changed. Killings are happening by cops and they are left with no punishment. More training needs to be done for these cops, before they are let out on the streets. Cops need to think before they shoot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

     I like many other americans heard of this stimulus package back in 2007. Bush made a prosposal that everyone would get some money to spend. The bill passed and checks where to roll out to us this summer.

   I was truly shocked of the lie that I was told about the amount of my stimulus package. I was told a certain amount that I would be getting. When I received  stimulus package;it was far from what they had promised before. Once again the government has lied to me. Just a word to you out there. Don't count on the government keeping there word this time either.

          I started out watching all of the American Idol hopefuls  doing the process of taking them to Hollywood.  I then lost all excitment to watch the show after the final  people were selected to go to Hollywood. I missed the Idol gives back show. I always wondered why do they  wait to disply the poor South African people only at certain times of the year.

      If   you are going  to show that you are helping people don't wait   until certain times of the year to show that  you care.

             I have never seen a follow-up on where the money is being applied to. As much money as American Idol gives and the celebrities give the cost of food and shelter should all ways be provided.

     This last couple of days I have been watching the T.V. in disbelief of how may children have been abused.First it started with the toddler being made to smoke mariajuana by these people who was suppose to be watching her and taking care of her. I am not sure if the parents were present during the video. Then  a video was shown of a dad having is little toddler hold crack and money in his hand; while the father laughes. Calling the little baby a gangster.   

         Any abuse of a child is not acceptable at any time. What are this parents thinking. That you are not going to get caught. You will get caught! Children are the furture. We are to treat them with all the tender loving care. Respect them so they will respect us.

     As for these parents that have done the crime. They have no ideal what kind of damage they have caused these children to have. Some could have neurological problems in the future. Some  children could grow up and become addicts themselves.

   As I have said before children are the future. Treat them like you would want to be treated. Because one day they will be making decisions for us.       

        Everyday there is something that is going on in cleveland. Last week a riot broke out in a neighborhood. Young and old victims were being shot and terriorized on there own streets.  Gangs have become more rapid in our society today. They are trying to take over our streets.  Communities are scared to get involved. There are not enough cops over in cleveland to even fight crime. I heard that they are going to close one of the police station over there. I believe it is in the downtown area.

      What would you do that for!!! We need all the police that we can get. We need to stop talking about how to get our streets back and get them back! We have townhall meetings and the people that attemd seem to have great solutions to the problems, but everyday someone loved one is being gunned down. It is sad when you want to enjoy the great things that cleveland has to offer; such as Progessive Field, House of Blue, The Q, but you are afraid to use those facilities because a riot may break out.  We have to get this under control. We are losing so many precious lives!!!!!!!!

      For those of you that have been watching the news, you have proberly seen this video of a young teenager being beating up by six girls. This video was posted on the you tube site for entertainment. This young girl was lured over to another teens house; who she thought was her friend. This turned you to be  a trick to beat the girl up. All of the girls that were there did not like the girl that they ask to come over for a slumber party.

      This young child was beaten up for it seems like hours. She has lost part of hearing in one ear. She lost conciousness during the attack on her. She suffered some head injuires.  Not only did she suffer abuse physically, she will suffer mentally as well. She was treated like no one should be treated. Who knows how this will affect her life from here on out. She may be afraid to trust people in fear that she will be attacked again. She may wonder if people truly like her.  She may end up in an abusive relationship and fear her husband; believing that this is the way that women are treated.

     My question is to the parents that allowed this attack of this young girl. Where were you?A child is beating your home and you have no ideal this is happening. What kind of parent does that make you? Cameras were set up in the home to capture this crime. No one saw cameras coming in there home. Parents need to get involved in there young teenagers lives more. Be very careful who you let your children hang around. Be there!!! Meet there Friends. Don't be so trusting on what you child says. Let them know that this is mama's house and the rules are to be followed!!!!

     As for the attackers that did this. My punishment for you would be to be  treated as adults since you want to beat up on people. Six months in jail. A fine of $ 1000.00. Then after you are released you will have to do community service of the victim choosen.  YOU SPARE THE ROD YOU SPOIL THE CHILD! Let me know who is running things not the other way around.

        I have been watching the news and Katie Couric on the Evening News. I have noticed that the government has been saying that we are running out of funds for the social sercurity benefits. I am wondering how is that. Social security, Medicare is taking out of a working class check every time that we get paid.

     The government should be putting  that money aside in each individuals account. This account should'nt be touched  until the person has reached the age or under certain conditions that require you to get social security early. 

    The government should not be using that money for other things other than the person it was taken from. How are we running out when so much money is taken from us and no changes are being seen to make our economy better. Taxes are up on this, Groceries are higher, Gas prices are rising. Where is the money going too?  The now generation and the next generation shouldn't have to worry about who is going to take care of us.
