Saturday afternoon watching TV, relaxing, eating sunflower seeds. I chomped on something NOT a seed! Its a pellet sized oval black hard thing i hope its only a pebble and not TOXIC !

i tried to call the company in California but they were closed so i Googled, their website and wrote them a message and left my name address, email. so far no word this was on their site too:

our son and his fiance' and friends are going to an Anime' film festival in Canada,

 we called him and he said he checked and their birth certificates are good as a passport to re-enter the US,

at some point shouldn't they obtain their passports?

it worries me what if they are not allowed in?

(this is one reason i do not travel) stuff like this makes me nervous suppose the threat level goes to ORANGE while they're out of the country????

I guess i just wish he'd get his passport.

my weight loss program got off with a bang! i was fully prepared NOT to lose much, 5 lbs a month, (used to be 320LBS. (man pounds not the lil' girly lbs). well weigh day # 2 was monday and i'm down to 300 and 3 quarters lbs. i am bracing myself for a weight loss stall, but i eat all i need, just cut out the snax and trans fats, also quit the american cheese & eat provolone, mozerella , & swiss. soooo much energy i think i sleep less and feel great!;)
i'm tall: 6'2" 200-199lbs is my goal. i hope it continues to go well.

i plan to loose 100lbs by my birthday in June 2007. we're getting a new treadmill too i hope it helps. found one rated to hold 300LBS (i'm 318) 2.80 horsepower 0-10 mph i hope it has a 0.1mph well wish me and all the other losers luck.

over the christmas holidays my wife and i were sick with this bug.
from a friend she told us most everyone has IT. its airborne. and its terrible! from a wesite on (diarreha) we found these things you cannot eat NO dairy. No coffee. No candy. No chocolate. No fat NO spices.
DO eat: applesauce, bananas, clear liquids, soft vegtables, and saltine crackers. i usually take pepto bismol but this time it failed gave me a belly ache and i threw it up, Kaeopectate worked much better;and Zinc helps too.
good luck and use hand sanitizer like Purell. i may even wear a little filter mask when we go out.
seems like the whole city caught IT.

what's with all the theft of toys from their collrction sites!? stealing from poor little children!!! it makes me sooo mad!
these people just have no hearts.
and to the 18y/o who destroyed his neighbors inflateable snowman..

my wife and i were going to stay away from the mall and especially walmart. we thought there'd be mobs, of people doing their christmas shopping. we had to go to walmart, her mom needed filters for her humidifier, so we braced ourselves.... the store looked like a normal saturday at walmart!? not what i expected at all. maybe next week will be crazy. maybe there are better bargains to be had at the last minute. it was a bit strange but good for us.

you can either go with life's flow and see where it takes you... or struggle against life's strong currants and fight for every inch forward...
