Rock throwers should got tougher sentence

Those young teens should have gotten thougher sentences. Throwing rocks at oncoming passengers on the highway is a crime.  The past we had caught some other individuals and thrown them in jail or jueville hall. The judge was wrong to let them off so easy. Write an apology for each of the drivers they hit and serve a 60 hours of community services. Please!!!!!!

I agree! This was a very serious crime. They could have killed someone. The one boy saying he was scared of his friend because he was bigger than him, please!!! Sometimes I wonder where these judges heads are at?? And we wonder why teen crimes are rising.

They need to be in jail, obviously we seen in other cases recently how the juvenile court system doesn't work. They did an adult crime, let them go to adult jail. When they're done with their joke punishment, I would not be suprised if we see them on the news again.

Excuse me, yo don't think throwing rocks off an overpass at moving cars is a serious crime? Are you f-----g serious! If that rock goes through the windshield, it can kill the driver. Obviously you don't watch the news, there have been many stories like that over the years.

Instead of questioning my intelligence, how about you THINK before you post! ANd while you're at it, WATCH THE DAMN NEWS!

no no no jail time or writing an essay all slaps on the wrist. handcuff them to the polls and have victoms that has to pay damages to throw rocks at the kids. make them bleed make them feel pain to get the idea to use common sense.

kids today think that thats how they going be punished that they can't get hurt. they need to face reality.

If I was a judge or mayor of cleveland
i'd have a fixed law.You do a crime no matter the age and for punishment You must go to Iraq and fight this war.Lets bring home the inocent people..Lets take all these lil wannabe gangsters and ship them overseas.Lets see how tough they really are!These kids are getting off way to easy! No wonder they do repeated crimes.They know they'll get off.Well It makes me sick.Bring our good men and woman home and ship these low lifes out! Its funny they claim to be thugs and gangsters and most of them still get an allowence from mommy and daddy!

Thanks for getting the point rickyw can't seem to get: throwing rocks off an overpass is serious. People have been killed and these kids need to be punished, but I guess he's too busy w/ his friends Jphnny and Pablo putting people in jail for buyong rap CDs and having tattoos!

When I was a kid in Columbus, I remember the story of a kid throwing rocks off a bridge onto cars. One of his rocks hit a motorcyclist and killed him. Some prank, eh?
I seem to remember a similar incident (around here?) in which a woman riding in the passenger seat was killed by a rock that penetrated the windshield maybe two or three years ago. ??
