You got to be kidding me!!! Now all you have to do is say my sentence is unfair and racist and your time gets reduced. It wasn't unfair , It was her CHOICE to drink and drive , her CHOICE to drive on the highway the wrong way . That couple died, their sentence isn't getting reduced and that was UNFAIR. They just was out for a ride and died   and excuse me but what does race have to do with it SHE BROKE THE LAW AND SOMEONE DIED AS A RESULT. Appeals court better be ready because a lot of people will be using this and to make it FAIR they will have to reduce everyone's sentence or that will be racist. 

They should put her under the prison and anyone else who takes a life. I don't care WHO you are.
